LITTLE BOY LAND : UPDATING OUR HOUSE

We have lived in our “new” house for a year now…..not so new anymore (ha!). Plus, it was built in the 60’s, so technically it was not new even when we bought it. Buying an old house came with lots of work - and since I was 7 months pregnant when we moved here and now there are 3 kiddos to juggle, it is going very slowly. Every single room is only partially finished. There are half-painted walls, we have wallpaper that we have bought but not hung in our hall bath, we want to paint the kitchen cabinets, we need a new front door - and the list goes on and on. But I can finally say at least one room is completely finished, our oldest son’s room! His favorite color is orange, so he specifically requested it. I found this great duvet from Dwell Studio and went from there. I am really happy with final result, and I think it will be able to grow with him for years.
